The state-of-the-art JURA Hospitality Centre in Mississauga uses JURA’s latest service technologies to assist customers with their service needs, maintaining a level of service excellence that is globally renowned.  The convenient destination was specifically designed with the JURA customer in mind. It features an ultra-modern showroom and is the home of service for JURA machines in Canada. 


JURA Service 24/7

If your JURA machine requires maintenance or repair, and your access to our JURA Hospitality Centre during regular business hours is an obstacle, we have the perfect solution for you.

We invite you to take advantage of our new JURA 24/7 service available outside of the regular operating hours of our JURA Hospitality Centre. You now have the option of securely dropping off your JURA machine in one of the four 24/7 deposit boxes, located in front of the entrance to the JURA Hospitality Centre in Mississauga, for maintenance or repair at a time that is convenient for you.

You will receive a reply message containing a one-time code for the safe and secure 24/7 deposit box in which you can safely leave your JURA machine. A JURA Service Team member will then collect the JURA machine during regular business hours, perform diagnostics and contact you to update you on any possible repair costs and next steps.

JURA 24/7 deposit boxes are monitored by a camera and protected against theft, they are a secure and convenient service solution.

JURA machine pick-up options:

  • Directly from a JURA 24/7 deposit box. You will receive a SMS or e-mail with the deposit box number and a code to open the deposit box;
  • Pick-up of the JURA machine during the regular operating hours of the JURA Hospitality Centre
    Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
    Saturday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
  • Shipment of the JURA machine back to you via courier to an address provided by you



JURA Concierge Service

Drive thru service at JURA?  Well not quite, but almost.  Pull up beside the handsome JURA Concierge tower, just outside the JURA Hospitality Centre entrance, press the button for service and voilà!  A very professional and helpful JURA Representative will be out to greet you with a cart for your machine to ensure easy and safe transport to one of the wonderful service desks where initial machine diagnostics take place inside the centre.




JURA LIVE is coming this Fall! JURA LIVE is an exciting and innovative service that provides JURA retailers and customers with a direct connection to our JURA LIVE studio where they can get expert advice, via video phone or video chat, from a professional JURA Consultant. Our JURA experts can provide you with a personal demonstration of our coffee machine range no matter where you are in Canada and refer you to an Authorized JURA Retailer close-by for a tasting experience from the JURA machine of your dreams!  


JURA Service Live

Like its JURA Live counterpart, this live service allows for a direct connection to a JURA consultant.  In this case the focus is on troubleshooting and addressing any potential usage issues.  JURA Service Live will also be utilized for training programs with retailers and professional customers as well.


Service terms and conditions
All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping and insurance cost.
Service without parts replaced (cleaning and decalcifying)  $95.00 
Service with parts replaced Maximum
Repair for machines over 6 years of age
(from date of production or date of purchase – proof of purchase is required)
Professional line
(Estimate will be provided prior to servicing)

An additional charge of 20% will be added for units opened by unauthorized persons.

A warranty after service of 12 months will apply only to parts replaced during repair. The external machine parts and transportation cost will be charged in addition to fixed service cost.

Warranty on machines does not cover problems arising from accidental damage, negligence, power surge, water or fire, improper ventilation, or misuse, or any cause that is beyond the control of JURA.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Service includes:

•  Entry computer diagnostic

•  Identification of the failure

•  Exchange of defect components

•  Decalcifying, cleaning, and testing of all functions

•  Exit diagnostic

•  Final cleaning

    When it is possible for the service department to perform “Same Day” service an additional 20% charge will apply. The unit requiring service must arrive before 10 a.m.


    Service Protection Plan
    Customers may also purchase additional service protection following a service where all parts of the machine are covered under warranty.
    • One Year Full Protection Plan - $95.00
    • Two Year Full Protection Plan - $165.00


    Warranty on new JURA machines
    JURA Canada warranties apply to JURA machines purchased in Canada ONLY.
    This limited warranty covers:
    • Home: All new JURA Home automatic coffee machines for 2 years or up to 6,000 coffee preparations , whichever comes first.
    • Professional: All new JURA Professional automatic coffee machines for 1 year (Professional series models WE8, X8, GIGA W3, GIGA X7, GIGA X8c, XJ9, XS90 OTC)


    This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship (parts and labor).
