The P.A.G.2 grinder elevates the quality of the W8 and the user experience to a new standard. It grinds the beans to perfection and, after preparing a cup of coffee, goes into rest mode to increase its longevity. The superb quality of the coffee is also due to other key technologies from JURA: the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) for intense espresso, the One-Touch Lungo function for a mild americano and the fine foam technology for creamy cappuccino. The W8 guides the user through the selection of favourite specialties on the 3.5-inch display with buttons, while the integrated Coffee Eye helps the user to position the cup correctly. There are many different customization options to choose from. The operator can use lock functions to easily manage access to the W8 according to the setting in which it is used. The water tank, which can be removed from the front, and the easily accessible bean container make maintenance easy and can be locked to protect the contents.
